'ALF' star Benji Gregory's cause of death revealed
Peoria, Arizona: The Maricopa County Medical Examiner has released former ALF child star Benji Gregory's cause of death. Gregory, who was found dead in his car at a Chase Bank parking lot in Peoria on June 13, along with his service dog Hans, died from heat exposure in the setting of hepatic cirrhosis. His death has been ruled accidental.
Gregory played Brian Tanner in the 80s sitcom 'Alf' died at the age of 46. According to Gregory's sister Rebecca, he suffered from depression, bipolar disorder and sleep disturbances and added.
Gregory was born on May 26, 1978, in Panorama City, California, and was best-known for his role as Brian Tanner on the 1980s sitcom ALF'. Gregory's career began in TV commercials and guest-starring roles on TV shows like 'Fantasy Island', 'The A-Team', and 'T.J. Hooker'. His big break came in 1986 when he was cast as the youngest member of the Tanner family on 'ALF', a role he played until the show ended in 1990.
