Celebrating women shaping the future: Junior League of Phoenix to host event hailing pioneers
Phoenix, Arizona: The Junior League of Phoenix is hosting 'Trailblazers in Politics: Women Shaping Our Future' on Friday, October 4, from 6-8 pm. The event will be held at the Banner University Medical Center, Phoenix Oak Center Conference Rooms.
The event will feature a panel discussion that brings together trailblazing women from diverse political spheres, including senators, mayors, city councilwomen, county recorders, and land commissioners, to share their journeys and insights into civic leadership.
Attendees can find out how these leaders have navigated their paths, the unique challenges they’ve faced, and their strategies for overcoming them. The panelists will delve into the critical discrepancies between men and women in politics, offering perspectives on the barriers and opportunities within the field.
The event aims to inspire and equip attendees with the knowledge and confidence to become driving forces in their communities. This is an informational only, bipartisan event. Free parking is available and there will be security on site.
