TRAFFIC ALERTS: As WNBA All Star weekend kicks-off make sure you get to the game on time
Phonix, Arizona: All roads lead to the WNBA All Star weekend, well almost all. If you're headed to the biggest sporting event in the city this month then pay close attention to the following road closures, diversions and changes so you don't get caught up in a snarl. Remember to always leave early so unforseen events don't trip up your schedule.
